Founded in 2010, Silent Voices began as a small community initiative by a group of deaf activists and hearing allies who recognized the systemic barriers faced by the deaf community in our society.
What started as sign language classes in a community center has grown into a nationwide movement with programs in education, employment, accessibility advocacy, and cultural preservation.
"Today, we serve over 50,000 individuals annually through our various programs and initiatives, making us one of the leading organizations for deaf empowerment in the country."
